I'll be honest, when someone says tie dye I usually kind of cringe. I think of overly-bright-in-your-face patterns that kind of hurts my eyes. Or poorly done, ill-fitted, DIY t-shirts that are mostly white with weird brownish spots where all the colors bled together... yikes.

Now that I have my CHEPI DRESS I know that, fortunately, it doesn't have to be that way. Tie dye can actually be really beautiful! So I have to tell the world now. Can't believe I was hating on tie dye...

Comes in GREEN or BROWN and guess what it's on sale :D

I really love these muted, earth tone tie dyes!

OKAY, I retract my previous statements about overly bright tie dye! BRIGHT TIE DYE IS COOL TOO!
The trend lately has been OMBRE EVERYTHING and I'm diggin' these ombre dyed shorts too!

Get a pair like them at The Daisies (an online store by our good friend and one of our model muses ASHLEY!)
These pairs are currently in the shop so get 'em while you can! There's still time to wear them before summer's over or wear them with tights in fall!

TIE DYE not just for clothes!

PS. Show me some love and like this below ;)

This post made me smile as it reminded me of when I was WAY younger – going to school and actually MAKING my own tie dye. laugh The result was not half as pretty as the things you show … but they definitely were one of a kind. :-)
