DIY - Transform A Button Up Shirt Part III
We have already made a collar
, shoe laces
& a bandana
out of the old men's button up shirt.
Let's make my favorite accessory - a cute bow!
1. Cut of both sleeves and the hem of the sleeve. Cut into square (6 in x 6 in) and place them on top of each other.
2. Gather the middle, wrap thread around and tie the two ends together.
3. Fold sleeve hem in half, wrap around middle of bow, cut to right size and sew together.
4. Take a bobby pin and sew the rippled part onto the bow. (You could also sew a safety pin to the back and use it as a brooch!)
Pin it. Cute!
Fun, flirty and funky - make a bow for your inner child! She'll love it :)
