DIY - Transform A Button Up Shirt Part II

how to transform a button up shirt into a bandana

Ok, so we have made a collar and shoe laces out of a thrifted short sleeved men's shirt.

Now we will make another super easy project, a super stylish bandana.

Simply rip (how we did it with the shoe laces) a 19 inch x 19 inch piece out of the back of the shirt.

Fold and tie around your head. :)

YES! This is an ultimate spring accessorie, which I totally forgot about. I’m gonna pair my bandana up with a pair of shades and flats! Great for the beach or day time outfit. Off to raid my man’s closet…

I love the idea of doing a bunch of things from the same man’s shirt. I can’t deal with things on my head so a bandana won’t be happening. But I love that print. Love the orange stripes. Looking forward to more projects. xo

Great idea Erika! I’ll admit I’m not much of a DIY, but you are making it seem so easy to do. Beautiful. This is something my niece would love, I will share :-)
